A Filipino Feast
Bi-Rite Market's head butcher Chili Montes makes his 18 Reasons cooking debut tonight and he is bringing you a taste of home: Filipino food served with San Francisco flair. He and chef Tim Luym are serving a multi-course meal that will showcase the amazing flavors and multi-cultural roots of this island country. We're talking salmon belly in a sour broth, coconut squash curry, and pork belly with water spinach. All paired with Filipino beers. Come with eyes, mind, and belly wide-open.
