Delta Rae
Kelly's Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern welcomes national recording artist Delta Rae on July 31, 2015. As part of their 2015 "After It All" tour, the Kelly's venue offers an intimate,up close and personal opportunity with the band. Delta Rae starts at 9 pm with an opening act, Outer Banks local, Lucy Martier, opening at 8 pm. Come early and join us for dinner prior to the concert.
