"Chance" CD Release Concert - Duluth, Minnesota - Friday, November 19, 2010
Pond Stage Productions presents the acclaimed World-Folk duo, CHANCE, as they come to Duluth, Minnesota on Friday, November 19, 2010, at 7:30 PM for a special concert appearance celebrating the release of their new recording, "Poor Farm Road". Already hailed by critics and fans as an outstanding body of work, this CD will earn them new legions to their ever-growing and loyal base of fans.
Chance is in it for the art. Their multi-influenced music has intrigued wildly diverse audiences. First heard nationally on the hit TV show "Northern Exposure", they maintain a full and far-reaching schedule of concerts throughout much of the country. Their touring has included performances in numerous universities as well as a wide array of arts oriented venues.
Individual members of Chance have recorded and performed with jazz greats Miroslav Vitous, Herbie Hancock, film composers Lalo Schifrin and John Williams, Herb Alpert, Robert Goulet, Michael Columbier and many others.
