NYEE Pre Spring Fling

New York Epicurean Events is proud to announce its first-ever premiere farm to festival event in the New York City area, the Pre Spring Fling at Jimmy's No. 43 on Sunday, March 15 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The four-course $35 prix fixe reflects Chef David Noeth's Catskill Mountain cookery:
1. Catskill country style head cheese, whole grain mustard, kohlrabi pear salad, Doktorenhof vanilla vinaigrette
2. Egg and new potato Neapolitan with Frankfort green sauce
3. Roast leg of lamb stuffed with bacon wrapped garlic, porcini spaetzel
4. Buttermilk chess pie

So come warm up and help cheer on NYEE co-founders Chef Dave and New York City-based food writer Joe DiStefano as they embark on their mission to pair the agricultural bounty of New York State's Catskill Mountains with New York City's most innovative chefs.
