Mill Pond Bread Presents: A Taste of Italy on the Lake
Mill Pond Bread's "Taste of Italy" benefit dinner is a Slow Food experience supporting our six delegates in representing our region at the biennial Terra Madre food and sustainability conference in Turin, Italy.
Live music, a lovely setting overlooking Sugarloaf Lake, and a gorgeous surprise entertainment make this an evening not to be missed.
THIS JUST IN Frog Holler Organic Farm, Tantré Farm, and Old Pine Farm (and others!) are providing beautiful ingredients for:
THE "TASTE OF ITALY" MENU
- "Strolling appetizers"
- Farmhouse minestrone with fresh pesto
- Handmade pizzas, grilled "en pleine air" (you know there are going to be some creative and carmelized toppings)
- Roasted autumn harvest salad
- Tuscan Pear Torte and Tiramisu
