THE COAL MEN
After 10 years together, The Coal Men have signed with Funzalo Records. Featuring lead singer/guitarist Dave Coleman - whose laid-back drawl falls somewhere between Lynyrd Skynyrd's Ronnie Van Zant and Alan Jackson - drummer Dave Ray, and bassist Hitch (short for Hitchcock), The Coal Men's music is rich, full of melody and hooks, and incredibly entertaining. Their songs tell stories, conveying pain, love, longing, hope and hopelessness. Behind those lyrics, their music is lush and beautiful.
