A Day of Inspiration: an Event for Women
Join us for a day of fun, inspiration and personal growth. Our morning keynote speaker will be local author and self esteem coach, Laure Redmond whose book "Feel Good Naked" was a twice featured book in the Oprah Magazine. Laure is also a regular guest on A.M. Northwest with her Feel Good Friday segments. Laure's topic is "Love the Skin Your In". There will be a one hour lunch break from 12:00 - 1:00. After the lunch break we talk about healing laughter with Georgena Eggleston and will have two more presentations. The first will be by Johanna Courtleigh a local confidence coach and licensed counselor who will be speaking to us about "Cultivating a Nurturing Inner Voice". Our second afternoon speaker is Christine Richards, the founder of Black Belt Business Solutions, LLC who has found three principals that hold the key for success: disciplined skills and techniques, mastery of mind and action and commitment to be of service. Christine's topic will be "Beyond Wishful Thinking". Our day will also be filled with some great inspirational music.
