Meat Locker
Come join us at Bloodhound with Taylor Boetticher from Fatted Calf Charcuterie, while he demonstrates how to tear apart a 150lb 'Duroc-Landrace' pig from Llano Seco Ranch. He will be bbq'n all cuts of the swine on a hardwood flame and serving it with mini Banh Mi sandwiches, pigs-in-a-blanket, pintxos, bacon cornbreads and an assortment of other fine meats and pate's. Guests will also receive 1 complimentary drink of there choice.
