On Saturday September 4th 2010 please join us in the FIRST EVER New York State all-female Flat Track Roller Derby Tournament. Eight New York teams will duel it out over 12 thirty minute challenge bouts on BOTH rinks at Skate Safe! Teams participating are, Gotham's Wall Street Traitors, the Hudson Valley Horrors, Assault City Roller Derby, Albany All-Stars, the Hellions of Troy, Ithaca League of Women Rollers, Central New York Roller Derby and your very own Long Island Roller Rebels! Beer served by our favorite sponsor, the Long Ireland Brewery and music will be mixed ALL DAY by DJ Joe Jack. Doors open at 1pm, the first match up starts at 2pm when Hudson Valley Horrors take on the Albany All-Stars. Please make sure to bring a chair and sit rink side and cheer for your favorite team!
