Valentines Day in Fremont's Most Romantic Dining Room

Come and join us for Taste the Music again and Again. This is our third consecutive year of Taste the Music and we're happy to provide you and your Valentine a French inspired evening of l'amore. Doors open at 5:30 and dinner starts at 6pm.

Come enjoy a seven course french meal paired with three french inspired drinks and have Eric Friedrich set the mood with french music. Only $150 per couple.

First Course - Bouchon de Chamignon
A crispy puff pastry filled with a rich and creamy mixture of wild mushrooms

Cocktail Pairing - The Look
Grey Goose Vodka, Lillet Blanc, Lavendar bitters, Brut Champagne

2nd Course - Vichyssoise Chaud
A hot and creamy potato and leek soup

3rd Course - Choice of:

Le Salmon avec raiort, pommes puree y puree de pois
Horseradish crusted salmon, creamy potato mash, puree of sweet English peas and a Myer lemon beurr blanc

or

Ratatouille - Vegetarian
A provencial style dish consisting of a mixture of assorted vegetables stewed together with tomatoes, garlic and basil

Cocktail Pairing - Bordeaux Blend Wine

4th Course - Intermezzo
Raspberry Sorbet topped with a frambiose gastrique

5th Course - Choice of:

Field Roast Bouruignon
Field Roast slowly simmered in Burgandy wine, served with root vegetables and celeriac mash

or

Coq au Vin
Chicken slowley simmered in Burgandy wine, served with root vegetables and celeriac mash

6th Course - Plate de Formage
An assortment of three deloicious cheeses served with fig jam and grilled bread

7th Course - Tarte de Fruit
A small tart filled with creme anglaise and assorted fruit
