Cooking with Finlandia Vodka to benefit Slow Food Berkeley

Slow Food Berkeley is pleased to bring famed Finnish/American Chef Sara La Fountain to the table for a culinary experience focused on sustainability and the principles of Slow Food. The Cooking with Finlandia Vodka events will be held from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday, July 19 at Fairmont San Francisco, located at 950 Mason Street.

Guests will experience four dishes created by Chef La Fountain made with local ingredients as well as a dash of Finlandia Vodka Classic, or one of its flavors, in each recipe during the Cooking with Finlandia Vodka program. In addition, to complement the fare, Finlandia's global brand champion, Pekka Pellinen, will pair a Finlandia Vodka cocktail with each dish.
