The Farm on Adderley chef Tom Kearney will be up all night roasting a whole pig for 12 hours. The pig is from Fleishers, our favorite butcher in Kingston NY.
$25 for a plate of pig, sides included.
The Beer: 4 unique beers from Lagunitas Brewing Company.
