Medea
Waterwell and PPAS are present
Medea Written by Euripides Adapted & Directed by WT McRae Stage Management by Raffaela Vergata
Jason and Medea were the Bonnie and Clyde of ancient Greece- sweeping their way across the western world leaving terror and destruction in their wake, they rode off into the sunset.
Unfortunately, happiness was not ever-after for our mythic heroes. Jason takes the political opportunity to marry the princess of Corinth and take his place in line for Creon's throne. Medea will not be cuckholded by her husband; she is out for revenge, and she will stop at nothing to let Jason feel her wrath.
This production uses music, movement, puppetry, and a chorus of players to tell the tale of Medea's bloody revenge.
