Silicon Valley Roller Girls Present: Freaky Tiki Throwdown
Swing your hula hips on over to San Jose Skate on Saturday July 10th for a Freaky Tiki Throwdown! Your Silicon Valley Roller Girls will lei-the-smack-down on two fierce opponents: the Dot.Kamikazes will take on Treasure Valley Roller Girls (Boise, ID) and the KillaBytes will battle it out against Angel City Derby Girls. Doors will open at 5:30pm, with your KillaBytes starting the night off in the first bout at 6:00 pm and the Dot.Kamikazes at 8:00 pm. And of course, we'll be featuring a live tiki band, a raffle for some outstanding prizes (maybe if you're lucky, a can of Spam), halftime shows, & contests, and of course our beer garden/tiki bar serving beer and wine throughout the evening. A portion of proceeds for this event will go to our friends at Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity.
