Three women in an asylum face accusation. The patients defend their lives by performing the stories of their imposed isolation. Forced to turn their personal narratives into a profit-making scheme for the institutionÃ¢s head doctor, the women grasp at control over their own stories. The piece uses movement, verse, and song to explore the way elements of every human being are marginalized by a culture built around money and power.
