Freedomsong 3
Announcing Freedomsong 3, the 'concert on the lawn'. This year, it moves outdoors to the new Veterans Inc facility at 59 South Street, Shrewsbury, MA. Entertainment includes Rick Porter & the Sons of the Soil, Jubilee Gardens, The Blackstone Valley Bluegrass Band, plus Jim's Blues Jam featuring Lisa Marie, Scott Broness, Bruce 'Big Dawg' Reed. Betsy Listenfelt also performs, and there will be a special appearance by V.I.B.E. (Veterans Inc. Blues Experience), a blues band made up entirely of veterans. Food and beverages will be available. Raffles and prizes will be given out throughout the day. Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy the music while giving back to your community. This is your chance to help veterans in need.
