Organic rum-n-juice Hurricanes, organic wines, Louisiana's own Abita Beer, New Orleans coffee cocktails, and a 3-course local & organic Cajun-Creole dinner created by Chefs Jay Foster and Bryant Terry. Choose from Seafood & Vegetarian Gumbo, Coconut Shrimp Po' Boys w/ Jalapeno Pineapple Salsa, Cajun-Spiced Tempeh Po' Boys, Catfish Po' Boys, Red Beans & Rice, Carrot & Cayenne Cole Slaw w/ Raisins, Mac-n-Cheese, Candied Yams, Sauteed Greens, Chocolate Beignets, Pecan Pie.
