36 Hours
Bryant-Lake Bowl Cabaret Theater Minneapolis, MN
Presented by Rift Magazine The Rift 36 Hour songwriting contest is a simple yet challenging songwriting exercise that creates a unique opportunity to create for local established songwriters. Contestants get a topic, and have 36 hours to write a song and have it ready to perform on stage. The audience gets to enjoy up to 16 songwriters play their new song, vote for their favorite and the winner gets an absurdly large and flamboyant trophy.
