Edible Herb Hike and Picnic
Darren Huckle L.Ac. is a holistic health coach/practitioner /teacher working in the realms of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, energetic nutrition, jin gui golden shield qi gong, and western/Chinese herbalism. We'll be doing an easy 2 hr hike lead by Darren who will help us with identifying and collecting edible and medicinal herbs.
Afterwards, we'll gather for a picnic to talk about the herbs that we found and to break bread together.
Please bring: comfortable walking shoes, layers of clothing, sunscreen, hat, camera, notepad and pen, basket and garden shears for gathering herbs, a picnic lunch for yourself, and a beverage to share. Also bring your own resuable dining utensils. Sorry, No Dogs. Your email is needed so we can email directions to you once you've registered.
