The whole cow event is back by popular demand! This time we're skipping the hamburgers as we move towards a true CSA model, but the local, grass fed beef is just as tasty and still a great deal. A great gift for your favorite carnivore, or get together with a group of friends to buy a share in our steer.
Date: March 3
Quantity: One twentieth of a cow (25-30 lbs)
Cost: $150 member, $175 non members ($5 to $7 a pound)
Pick up Right by the Berkeley Farmers' Market McKinley Avenue at Allston Way
Note: Your ticket will be sent in the mail, please bring it on March 3 to pick up your share of the steer. As with last time, cuts will be randomly distributed.
