The next meal is taking it's menu directly from one of my most precious cookbooks, "The Silver Spoon". The dinners will be served on Sunday March 28th, with two seatings, at 6 & 9 p.m.

The Silver Spoon, "Il Cucchiaio D'argento", was first printed in 1950. It is considered by many the bible of Italian cooking, listing over 2,000 recipes compiled from ItaIian families and cooks. In the back of the cookbook there are 9 menus, compiled some of the best Italian chefs of the past 60 years. For this coming meal, we will be recreating Giorgio Locatelli's, (of Locanda Locatelli in London) offering,. The menu for the dinners is posted above.

These meals will be five-course tasting menus with wine pairings.
Brooklyn Laundry is a private dining experience. With each installment
we create an evening in the spirit of a meal, a city, or a some kind
Of culinary experience we've stumbled across. We do this while, whenever
possible, using local, seasonal grown & foraged produce, sustainably raised animals, and the freshest caught fish as the foundations for each meal.
