KANKAKEE IL- It's time for everyone to call their mommas, (and fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins, everyone really), former WWE Superstar Brodus Clay is coming to Kankakee! On Saturday, October 4th, Pro Wrestling Blitz, the promotion fresh off WrestleFest 5, the biggest event in indy wrestling history, is coming to the Community Resource Center, 150 N. Indiana Ave. in Kankakee, Illinois for a special wrestling event featuring the man from Planet Funk himself, Brodus Clay! Tickets start at only $15 and are available at pwblitz.com. First bell will be at 7 p.m., but doors will open at 6:15. Your favorite Blitz wrestlers will be there, as well as the Funkasaurus Brodus Clay. Clay was the runner up of NXT Season 4 in 2010-11 before becoming the personal bodyguard of Alberto Del Rio. After starring in the movie No One Lives, Brodus re-debuted in 2012 as the man from Planet Funk. After a successful singles and tag team run, Brodus Clay is now coming to Kankakee!
