Pisqu's Saturday Night Pop-up Bar: Tastes of Latin America
Join Pisqu for a Saturday Night Pop-up Bar featuring South American cocktails, small tapas, and latin music!
Saturday, July 26, sip on South American cocktails, including our featured liquor: Pisco (a brandy made from grapes) from Peru! Pisqu will also feature a surprise music guest and a few small tapas appetizers. Wine and non-alcoholic versions of the cocktails will also be available upon request.
Alexandra Saavedra first created the vision for Pisqu in 2011. Originally planned for Palo Alto, the concept is now coming to fruition in Portland, Oregon. A tapas (small plates) bar featuring Andean mixology, Pisqu will evolve through a series of pop-up bars this summer.
Our tapas Chef, Josue Rivas, is a Peruvian native and former owner of Limo Restaurant in Northwest Portland. Learning traditional recipes and techniques, Josue blends regional flavors to create a unique and exceptional dining experience.
The price per person is $40, which includes 3 drink tickets, tapas appetizers, and cover. Any cocktails beyond the drink tickets will be $5 each.
Capacity is limited to 40 people.
