Shorts Film Screening with LGBTQ focus and Discussion
Join us for a casual screening to selection of US and international short films that explore LGBTQ representation with filmmakers attending.  This event is screened in the library room, not in a formal theater.

Reception starts at 6:00pm, screening at 7pm. Discussion led by Ebone Bell, Publisher of Tagg Magazine with the filmmakers.

Free Fun (Cyprus/2019/ 5mins)  When Kika entered an adult VR game, she encountered something she never expected.

Going Steady (USA/2019/7:58mins) directed by Brydie OConner A womans wild imagination about the relationship she truly desires in 1950s Kansas.

Where My Girls (USA/2019/21mins/documentary) Three queer women reflect on the creativity, community, and hustle required to make it in a hip-hop culture that has left them to their own devices.

Good Genes (USA/2020/19mins/series pilot) Tayla is a black, queer, fashion intern. When her deadbeat father shows up strange other-world things start happening.

The Holocaust is Over, Bitch (Israel/ 2019/13.24mins/documentary)  Ella falls in love with Lulu: When Lulu disappears, Ella decides she will get her back with a song.
