It's That Time...
                                It's Purim Time!

Join EHNTJC once again, for our 11th production of a Purim Shpiel, based (loosely) upon the Story of Esther.

EHNTJCs 11th show is CHAI NOON, The Western Musical Purim Parody. Weve taken the story of Queen Esther and moved it to the wild, wild west town of Shushan, Texas in the year 1836. The evil Sheriff Haman convinces Mayor Ahasuerus to have the Jewish people put to death. How will Mordecai and Esther stop it? Every cowboy, cowgirl and cowpoke that you know from movies and television get involved in the telling of the tale.

Shows are Saturdays, March 7 and 14 at 8pm plus Sundays, March 8 and 15 at 1:30pm.

An original Purim Shpiel musical. The Purim Shpiel theme is always different with an original script written by congregation member & comedy genius Ken Dermer along with parodied songs (you've heard the melodies) that Mr. Dermer has written to help tell the story of Esther, and how she saved the Jews from the evil Haman and his plan to rid the Jews from existence.

Each year, we have broken the previous years attendance record and this year is certain to be no exception. We anticipate our first sell out as our social hall will max out at 350 seats per show.
