Storycraft for Professional Communicators
This is a 3-hour Saturday morning participatory workshop, exploring the imaginative process of creating, crafting and telling stories, for writers, designers, or anyone who communicates for a living. We'll hone our skills with a combination of improv, narration, physical imagery, writing, drawing and other storytelling tools. Bring pen and paper. Got a specific problem, project or idea you want to work on? Bring it on!
Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Muir Hall at Taborspace, 5441 SE Belmont, Portland, OR. Cost is $30 per person. Limit 25 participants.
Class will start promptly at 9:00. We'll meet at 8:30 in the Taborspace coffee shop for our morning jolt.
Patricia Colley, founder of Creative Catalysts, is an experience designer, artist, filmmaker and improviser. Blending work and life skills, she's developed a framework of improv, design thinking and multisensory methods to spark creativity, collaboration, communication and self-realization.
