Boys Are Us Film Screening (DC Premiere)
After 16-year-old Mia gets hurt in love, she and her sister decide to take revenge on a boy. When other people and unexpected feelings start getting involved, the game of the two girls suddenly begins to take on dangerous proportions.  Emotional violence threatens to become physical violence.  The film captures teenage agnst and both emotional volatility and indifference.

Director Peter Luisi's feature films are VERFLIXT VERLIEBT, LOVE MADE EASY and THE SANDMAN for which he has been awarded the Zurich Film Award, 8 nominations for the Swiss Film Award and the jury and audience award at the Film Festival Max Ophüls among other prizes.
