White Silence (Republic Korea/2016/13:4mins.)We honor Presidents Day in Washington DC with a special program dedicated to animated films, graphic arts and the art of the comic strip so often used to represent our presidents' foibles through the ages. We are doing this with screenings and an afternoon of comic strip drawing for all led by David Chelsea in which we challenge you to draw a single comic strip in under 3 hours to be shared out for all to enjoy.  We have invited several successful graphic artists to join us and lead the way.

Buy a ticket to one of the screenings at $12 ($6 for children 6-18, free under 6) and join us to enjoy the rest of the afternoon drawing,  Attending a screening is requested but not required. All materials and light refreshments provided by the festival.
