San Diego Women's Chorus presents "DIVAS!"
SDWC puts its own twist on "DIVAS" with its 25th winter concert on December 8 at 7pm and December 9 at 3pm. Rounding out its 25th Anniversary Season, DIVAS celebrate women artists who are powerful, confident, and known for challenging norms and taking risks. From disco divas to soul divas to broadway divas, this spectacular, crowd-pleasing concert has something for everyone!
This concert features music from your favorite Divas through the last several decades. Selections include: "Landslide" by Stevie Nicks, "I Will Remember You" by Sarah McLachlan, a Salute to Aretha Franklin medley in "Queen of Soul," as well as songs by Adele, Dolly Parton, Lesley Gore, Cyndi Lauper, and Donna Summer. We are also including some selections from some unlikely divas, like Des'ree and Celtic Woman.
Plan to arrive early to view the available silent auction gift baskets. Bidding will start pre-show and end as intermission draws to a close.

Tickets are $20 at the door for general admission and $15 for Children/Youth (17 and under), seniors and members of the military. Purchase your tickets in advance for $15 general and $12 discounted tickets! Children 3 and under will be admitted for free, but will be required to sit on a lap.
