"Little War, Little Less" is touching mix of riotous western themes, dusty melodies, 50s soul and the kind of loneliness that only a room full of strangers can account for.

Produced by indie pioneer DAMIEN JURADO, the record is wrought with not only wistfulness, but grit. Hard earned grit that runs in your veins and sticks in your head. Jurado was able to capture the energy of Apollo's live show and put it to tape, with the entire 8 piece band recording the record live in a cavernous old barn in Washington's Cascade Mountains. It was a live and firesome time. There were a couple 2nd takes. There were no 3rds.
