Rhett Tyler ~guitarist, songwriter, vocalist and producer~ is best known for his explosive style of scorching modern blues guitar and high-octane, house-rocking live performances. His music is certainly rooted in the tradition of blues, but Rhett also incorporates jazz, rock and gospel influences to create an innovative modern musical blend with his signature guitar style. Rhett has shared billing with many distinguished blues artists, including Johnny Winter, Delbert McClinton and John Hammond. MYLES MANCUSO
Myles Mancuso returns after wowing the Towne Crier audience at the end of February when he shared the stage with Popa Chubby (as well as audiences all over the region)! This 16 year old guitar wizard is a nationally recognized prodigy, billed as "New York's Youngest Working Bandleader," singing and playing guitar & keyboards. Myles has opened for blues guitar great Buddy Guy, the Allman Brothers, Little Feat and Levon Helm, who says "He may be a boy, but he sure plays like a man." Along with Myles' guitar playing, his organ & keyboard work have earned him an award at the Berklee College Of Music, along with a number of guest appearances with Grammy nominated artists such as Slam Allen. Guitar legend Les Paul said, after playing with Myles at the Iridium Jazz Club in Times Square, "He reminds me of byself when I was a young boy."
