The SoCal Creative & Innovative Film Festival (SoCal Ciff) is proud to announce the 2015 premier short film festival will be hosted at the historic Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, California, from July 23rd through the 26th.
The recently 100 year old Raleigh Studios, typically closed to the public, will open its doors and cater to the crowds of filmmakers, actors, writers, producers and Film Enthusiasts with the Chaplin and Pickford Theaters.
