ZEPPARELLA<BR>Thursday, April 8th (8:00)<BR>Tickets $15 cover<BR><BR>ROCK & ROLL<BR><BR>The Paradise Theatre welcomes to the stage, Zepparella on Thursday, April 8th at (8:00). &nbsp;To tread on holy ground is perilous and must be done with intent, love and the spirit of honor. &nbsp;Four rockin' women from San Francisco have been treading all over this sacred ground as they honor one of history's mighty rock bands - Led Zeppelin. &nbsp;Armed with the desire to incorporate the vocabulary and magic of their heroes into their own, they decided to dive into the music within their own improvised framework. &nbsp;After five years, their stage show gets ever more transcendent as the relationships between the players tighten. &nbsp;Anna Kristina (vocals), Gretchen Menn (guitar), Nila Minnerok (bass) and Clementine (drums) bond in a way that is palpable to the audience, with full on rock energy and motion.<BR><BR>The band has toured consistently throughout the Western US, though 2009 and 2010 has seen them traveling to the East Coast, Wisconsin, Utah, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana and Texas, with more yet to come. &nbsp;They have shared stages with the likes of KISS, Y & T, and The English Beat. &nbsp;They've rocked various types of venues including the Seattle Music Experience, the Sundance Film Festival, the Harmony Festival and more. <BR><BR>The band has released two live albums. &nbsp;The debut, "Live at 19 Broadway", was released on Bonny Boy Records in 2005. &nbsp;"A Pleasing Pounding" was released on the great indie rock label What Are Records? in 2008. &nbsp;The next one is on the horizon... &nbsp;For more information or to watch a video and hear their music, visit www.zepparella.com.<BR><BR>Tickets are $15 (all seats) and are on sale ONLINE at www.paradiseofpaonia.com and at the Paradise Theatre Box Office, KVNF in Paonia or by calling 970-527-6610.
