Beer 101: Intro to Beer
Learning is a lot more fun when you have beer during class!
After our winter break, we're opening enrollment for another semester of Beer University! Join us for a great evening of beer tasting and discussion with Stone's resident beer evangelist and happy blabbermouth, Ken Wright. You'll learn how brewers combine water, barley, hops and yeast to make something truly magical. The 2-hour class provides an excellent introduction to the basics of craft brewing, and will explore many different styles and how they have come to be enjoyed today. Sample some tasty brews and make yourself smarter all at the same time!
