Belgian Beer & Cheese Tasting
The simple perfection of beer and cheese together really needs no introduction, but this pairing promises to ramp up the excellence factor. To wrap up San Diego Beer Week in style, we're taking a journey to Belgium, home of some of the finest beers and cheeses in the world. Our own Beer & Cheese Guru, "Dr." Bill, will lead you through several courses of fare specially selected from among the best breweries and creameries in Belgium. This pairing will focus on Abbey-crafted ales and cheese: only seven Trappist breweries exist in the world today, and as a special highlight of the afternoon, we'll be bringing you some of their delicious creations.
