International Cesarean Awareness Network, Inc. (ICAN) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, and promoting Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC).
The goal of ICAN of Greater Missoula is to localize ICAN's global mission statement. ICAN of Greater Missoula intends to serve a large geographical area including the Missoula Valley, the Bitterroot Valley, and other nearby areas such as Clinton, Bonner, and Arlee. Anyone who wishes to be part of maternal health advocacy is welcome to participate!
