Vintimate Wine Dinner
Each month, join BOKA Kitchen + Bar's executive chef Angie Roberts and a different local winemaker for an intimate dinner at Hotel 1000. Our Vintimate dinners are a simple format: take four dishes created by the chef and pair them with four great wines from a Northwest winemaker. Serve in an intimate setting and add in the chef and winemaker on hand to discuss their offerings. Events are typically capped at around 20 people and held in the Studio at Hotel 1000. The limited number of seats means that the guests get a unique opportunity to interact with the chef and winemaker to hear about their creations and pairings.
Prices are $75 per person inclusive of taxes and 18% gratuity
