The BMRA's Designated Deconstructor Credential consists of three separate achievements:
1. Passing the online multiple choice exam (available to all BMRA members and deconstruction course attendees)
2. Passing the on-site skills assessment
3. Completing 2,000 hours of work on deconstruction projects
The skills assessment is a critical piece of earning the entire credential, and will be carried out by BMRA master and assistant trainers. The complete assessment takes approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes to complete, and the appointments will be staggered throughout the day. It will be held on-site, in Steger, IL.
