Using detailed anatomical principles we will explore a new yoga practice, embracing 3D space, allowing for soft undulation, flowing breathe, and ease in transitions. Wilderness exists inside our bodies as well as deep in the jungle. By being one with the awe inspiring universe inside of us, we will enter new realms of empowerment which we can apply to any practice.
