Our Backyard Banquet
Chef Wil Ogden of Marguerite French-Caribbean Cuisine has prepared a tantalizing feast which features "gnome-grown" organic produce from our garden:

3rd Marquee de Provence Pumpkin & Squash Chowder with Cardamon Creme Fraiche 2006 Syrah "La Poursseur", Bonny Doon Vineyards
4th Caribbean Seafood Paella with Roasted Coconut 2006 Clos de Jeannine, Hallcrest Vineyards
5th Drunken Persimmon Rum Cake with White Chocolate Creme Dessert Wine TBD, Utopia Wines
Notes to our attendees: The first course, tray-passed hors d'oeuvres with warmed Caribbean Sangria, will be served outdoors, allowing for tours of the garden. Due to the possibility of inclement weather, we will likely serve the second through fifth courses indoors. Dress is semi-formal. Please bring ample clothing for changing weather conditions.
Those with special dietary needs will be accommodated, please contact us by November 18 to make arrangements.
The menu is subject to local availability. Small substitions may be made if necessary.
