This one-day retreat hosted by Karen Maezen Miller is designed especially for mothers, but everyone is welcome because there is no prerequisite for finding personal peace. The day lasts from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes morning coffee and lunch, personal encouragement, spiritual refreshment, easy laughter, beginning meditation, and yoga or other mindfulness practices. The Plunge promises a complete immersion in love that will give you a whole new view on your life and your relationships. A perfect day to share with a friend, sister, mother or partner.
The Franciscan Retreat Center may have overnight rooms (singles, doubles, triples) available for those who need them. Please arrange for overnight rooms directly with the Center at 719-955-7025.
