San Diegans are very lucky indeed--our county boasts three premier chocolatiers, all of whom Stone has been privileged to feature in previous pairings. But for this chapter in our tasty beer and chocolate saga, we've turned to our own kitchen for something really over the top. Our acclaimed Pastry Chef, Andrew Higgins, is creating an entire five-course meal of extraordinary chocolate dishes for the evening. And "Dr." Bill Sysak is pairing each one with an exquisite craft brew for a truly inspirational experience!
