Selah Restaurant Chef-owner Brian Palumbo will be your exclusive host for the evening as he prepares a five-course Italian feast for you. He will walk you through memory lane as he shares food stories and sings songs, accompanied by classical guitarist Brian Quinn. Each course has wine (and beer) pairings if you are interested in having a perfect wine with each step of the journey.

Note: The evening includes a five-course dinner, hosted on our second-floor Retro Room. This event is by reservation only, ticket price: $33 (gratuity included). Soda, wine, beer, after-dinner drinks are available for purchase table-side. This event has a Strict Refund Policy, tickets will only be canceled and refunded for the first 12 hours after purchase.
