The Many Faces of Creativity
"The Many Faces of Creativty" with artist Douglas Granum is an evening spent with one of the great creators in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Granum's ability to talk about his art, as well as show a range of photographs from start to finish, will make this an evening with memory. This journey will take one from stone collecting trips in the deserts of eastern Washington, and into the glass blowing studios of Seattle and Tacoma. This lecture will also include finished pieces and discuss the varied techniques required to create and complete these masterful works. This slide lecture will feature many of Mr. Granum's never before seen artworks.
In addition,this evening will show the latest projects Mr. Granum is currently working on. These include private commissions and the most recent Puyallup Good Smaritan hospital sculptures.
