Barbara Isenberg's Conversations with Frank Gehry is essential reading for everyone interested in the art and craft of architecture, and for everyone fascinated by the most iconic buildings of our time, as well as the man and the mind behind them. The author and architect will discuss the book followed by a book signing.

Gehry is quoted as saying "Architecture is music in space, as it were a frozen music..." and has stated that if he were an instrument he would be a cello. Special musical guest cellist Lynn Harrell will provide musical interludes for this special event, along with Santa Monica High School orchestra students.
