Everything Old Is New Again
Berkeley High School African American Studies Department continues the tradition of its annual winter dance concert by presenting "Everything Old is New Again." The evening is sure to delight, surprise, and engage the audience with performance of traditional African, Aztec, Haitian, Mexican and Nepali dance forms as well as more contemporary fare of modern, hip hop, praise dances and spoken word. With pieces choreographed by both teachers and students, this is certainly not a performance to miss! Support the arts and Berkeley High students as they breathe life into dance both ancient and modern, and bring new meaning to the phrase "Everything old is New again!"
