All to benefit Clowns Without Borders-USA. Portland has for 12 years been arguably the strongest center for Clowns Without Borders of any city in the US. This will raise money for sending theatrical teaching and performing groups to Haiti to work with thousands of children who will be in tent camps over the next year.

Portland Clowns David "Leapin Louie" Lichtenstein and Sarah Liane Foster each led separate trips to Haiti in 2009 before the earthquake and are actively organizing the Clowns Without Borders response now.
