Our Rising Stars keep rising higher and higher; this season they perform with the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic Orchestra. Appearing this year will be soloists chosen through an arduous audition program. Among the many talented "Rising Stars" of the evening will be Rachel Flowers, a promising young flutist/pianist and finalist in our 2010 "Student Jazz Competition". Also performing are pianists, Michael Aspinwall, David Fraley, Charles Su, Alicia Zhong and cellist Matthew Chen.If you have attended a "Rising Stars" concert, you know how exciting a performanc by these young artists can be.
