Slow Fish Dinner
Join Slow food Miami, Sunday Jan 31, at 7pm at the River Oyster Bar for a Slow Fish Dinner. Chef David Bracha has created a menu showcasing regional seafood and local produce, including Queen Conch from the Turks and Caicos. Our local Conch, found in Biscayne Bay is now protected. Remember the days when they were so plentiful that we could walk across the bay on the backs of conchs? Come to Sunday Supper.
