The Manitoba Earthship Tour
Sold Out on 29th and so we created a tour on the 30th.
Join us for a rare opportunity to tour our earthship. The first of its kind in Manitoba and the first built in such an extreme climate. We've been closed to tours since spring so don't miss your chance as we don't know when we'll do it again!
We had enough done to move-in September 2013 and have been slowly finishing the home while starting work on our property.
This tour is for people who are fascinated with alternative and sustainable housing, in particular, the earthship concept and want to know more. There will be a guided tour of the home, presentation and time for questions about the construction process and the realities of building an earthship, at least for us. A short slide show of the 2 year construction process is included, as well as a look at the property (weather permitting). We will also serve some refreshments.
This tour will be limited to 25 tickets, so book early!
